These are the stages of our film, it is done using Todorov's theory, we split the films plot down into 5 sections, this helps us then plan the trailer. for example the restoration step is not going to be featured in the trailer as that will give the plot away.

Casey is a nerd, Toby is a jock, two opposites that don’t like each other

Carly (Toby’s Girlfriends) becomes jealous and steals her locket

Casey realises she likes Toby but hears him talking about her negatively

Toby attempts to win Casey back but she doesn’t want to hear it

Toby breaks up with Carly and gives Casey her locket back and they end up together

Each stage has been matched to the most appropriate part of our film, this will then help us to determine what will be most important in our trailer.
5 Key Frames:
The 5 key frames are 5 pictures which will feature in our trailer, these are our original ideas of 5 shots we would like to be used in our final piece.
We chose 5 pictures we think describe the plot in short hand, the locket being a focus point and then the characters obviously are mentioned a lot.
